Apple Music blanks out my external monitor on Windows 11 through Dock

I have tried both Apple Music via web browser on both Microsoft Edge and Chrome, as well as the Apple Music app in the Microsoft store.

BROWSER: Whenever a song plays, the external monitor goes blank light grey, and is 100% unusable.

DESKTOP APP: Whenever it is launched, the external monitor goes blank light grey, and is 100% unusable.

If I run it in the browser, then the entire browser becomes unresponsive (Chrome and Edge), and I have to End Process. The desktop app I can simply close.

Then, in order to restore monitor functionality, I have to end process on the Browser or close the Desktop app, unplug the HDMI cord, or the monitor power, and plug it back in - this re-detects and enables the desktop on it.

This used to work a couple of months ago.

ENVIRONMENT:

Lenovo P16 Gen1 Laptop

Lenovo Dock 40B0 (latest firmware)

Windows 11 (latest updates)

SCENARIO WHERE IT FAILS: Laptop --> Dock --> Monitor

SCENARIO WHERE IT WORKS: Laptop --> Monitor
