APPLE MUSIC APP (WINDOWS - QUESTIONS)

So I downloaded the new Apple Music App for Windows, supposedly more complete than the "preview version" from last year. As an OCD, I'm noticing many features missing:

• Lack of CD Read / Rip (huge deal - I still have more Physical CDs I want to rip to my Digital library)
• Playcount data is nonexistent (unless I'm missing something)
• All other Smart playlists (Top most played, most recently played) do not function, even though carried over from iTunes
• iPhone SYNC - how else am I suppose to sync my library?

Here I thought I'd finally carry my offline music collection since 2007, finally over to the apple macbook pro. But I'm really confused: Why is it like this? Is it like this with the mac version? Hope somebody can help me out. It's a shame the latest legacy version of iTunes isn't compatible with my macbook.
