Is it possible to transfer 450 GB of music to an external hard drive on Windows 11?

I have 450 GB OF MUSIC ON MY LAPTO , AND I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THEN IN AN EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE , AND I WANT TO KNOW IF IS POSSIBLE TO HAVE ITUNES ALSO IN THE EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE , AND HOW CAN I DO IT … THANK YOU SO MUCH ! And I’m using windows 11
