Issues with macOS Device Preparation Using Apple Configurator - Need Advice

I'm currently facing some challenges with the device preparation process using Apple Configurator on macOS. Despite following all the necessary steps, I often find that the preparation policy doesn't apply correctly, and the devices end up in a different provisioning state than intended.

Steps I've Tried:

  1. Reset the device and reconfigured it using Apple Configurator.
  2. Deleted and re-enrolled the device in the MDM solution.
  3. Updated macOS to the latest version and retried the preparation process.

Question: Has anyone else experienced issues with the device preparation policy not being enforced properly on macOS? What steps did you take to ensure the devices were prepared correctly according to your policy?
