Using iOS Podcast app on iPhone. How to get GBs of saved podcast episodes to new iPhone.

I love the Apple Podcasts apps and subscribe(Follow) to many free shows. GBs of those I save in Podcasts on my iPhone 14 shown in Settings. In iCloud backup it shows only MBs saved. I also have an iPhone 6 SE with iCloud backup, but setting for Podcasts backup is turned off. Both phones use same Apple ID. Why don't I see the GBs of saved shows from on my iPhone 14 in my iCloud backup?

My real question is how do I get all of those GBs of saved podcast shows transferred over to a new phone?

PS: I also have a silicon mac laptop for backups. And all devices are at latest OS versions. I do not (want) use the Music app which I have tried before. Just want podcasts.
