Itunes then Apple Continuously Locked for Security Reasons.

I have a LOT of music on itunes and use it all the time. But I have been getting "locked out for security reasons" which causes me to login to apple and reset my password - ALL THE TIME.

Anyone else have this issue? Any suggestions? help?
