Podcast not syncing

I just downgraded from Sonoma 14.5.1 to latest Ventura because I had a lot of sound issues when on audio call with my work it just drop after minutes with whatsapp and every other platform. I would like to know how do I force or fix apple podcast app not syncing I tried turn off sync and back on again, I also tried force quit nothing helped anyone who has a good tips and tricks.
