Unable to access the library within Apple Music on my PC

Okay, so I've just recently started using apple music. I'm not subscribed but I have bought a few songs. When using apple music on my phone there are 4 tabs: Home, Radio, Library, and Search, library being the place where you access your purchased music. I've logged into the Apple Music cite on my laptop and there are only three of those options: Home, Radio, and Search. I'm wondering maybe they require a subscription to use it on PC? or maybe it's just in a different position. I've looked over the whole cite and the only other things on the website was a help button and the account settings so I really don't know how I could be missing it. I have downloaded all my songs using iTunes so it's not that I don't have any songs.

So yeah, what I'm asking is, can I use Apple Music on my laptop without subscribing?

P.S. I am aware that I could play music using iTunes but my browser can't integrate it in the same way that it can Apple Music so I would prefer to use Apple Music.
