Permanently deleting ENTIRE Apple Music library

Hi support, I would like to delete my entire Apple Music library - all at once. I have maybe 11k songs, 2000 albums, so too many to do one at a time. I have tried to delete the local copy of my database (i.e., at ~\Music\Apple Music\Apple Music Library.musiclibrary on Windows) but it gets automatically redownloaded upon next launch... where is this being cached? I want my library GONE. Support only has info for individual albums/songs. I want this deletion to sync across all my devices too. How do I do this? All help is appreciated. I really want this sorted quick.
