How can I fix the "An Unknown Error Occurred" issue on Apple Music for Windows PC?

The only thing that works is stuff already in my library:

Home, Browse and Radio all return "An unknown error occurred". How to fix? I am on Windows PC and have tried reinstalling multiple times, clearing data, resetting, repairing, etc. It just won't work. I've tried installing Apple Music on another account on the PC too and it just doesn't work. My account works perfectly fine on Android though.
