My iPhone 13 will not add any new music from my "Apple Music" aka iTunes from my computer. Anyone else having this issue?

Using a Windows laptop running Windows 11 Pro version 23H2. Plenty of space on my drive.
When I plug into Apple Music, it shows "syncing my Iphone", however, once it completes, there are no changes to the number of songs that are on my iPhone.
My iPhone has plenty of memory for new music.
iTunes shows my iPhone 13, but does not up new music that I have added.
