Songs skipping or freezing in iTunes on 2023 HP LapTop

My iTunes have been skipping songs on my laptop. I always check my internet connection and tried the connections I have and looks good.

My login and password is good and all looks great!

I have tried restarting my laptop and checked for updates every week.

This happens almost weekly.

I even have rebooted a few times after it’s frozen up and everything. I don’t know what else I can do.

I have tried everything at least I believe I have. That’s why I am here.
