Unable to add Eve Energy outlet to Home
I set up an Eve Energy outlet in February 2024. And added it to my Home. But lately, it's been dropping off. And yesterday I could not get it to connect at all. I removed it from Home, reset the device, but now when I try and add it, I get a “Accessory Already in Another Home” message. I've tried resetting the device a number of times. I did notice there was an automation for the device in my Home app, so I deleted the automation. Still no luck.
The serial number for the device must be somewhere in my Keychain, though the device is no longer in the Home app or in the Eve app. I even deleted the Eve app and all its data, and downloaded it again, but no luck.
