How can I get a refund for the duplicate Dropbox charges on my Apple account?

Hi there,

I am finally tidying up my accounts and apple has been charging me $12.99 twice per month for Dropbox & $16.99 twice per month for as long as I’ve had time to go back.

this needs to be credited back. Anyone know how to go about it?
