Smart playlists referencing other Playlists

Almost 10 years of iTunes and Apple Music users requesting this to be fixed - Sync Smart Playlists referencing other Playlists to the Cloud. This is very important. If all other types of Smart playlists sync across all devices, why the exception for just one type??!!!!

To make it clear, the smart playlists which contain the rule: "Playlist is..." do not show up on Apple Music Mobile apps (neither iOS nor Android). All other kinds of Smart Playlists show up normally as they should. This is extremely disappointing on Apple's part. Please fix it ASAP. Please!! Please!!
