Smart Home Manager-when I look at previously connected devices it shows an old boyfriend recently tried (he is blocked)

I just noticed recently on my Smart Home Manager there is a place that you can review "connected devices" and "recentlly connected". I reviewed recently connected by chance and saw that an old boyfriend's (who I had blocked from my devices) appeared to have come in connection via ipad, iphone, and apple watch in the last few days. The SHM only holds for 30 days. It also has the MAC address associated with the device. Does this mean that he has been in my driveway or nearby (he lives in another state but would be one to drive by)? If so, are the days pretty accurate? Thank you in advance for your help!

Also, is there a way I can put in the MAC address and learn any additional information about the device?
