Logitech Circle View Doorbell - Home app doesn't allow second admin to access video history
I installed the Logitech Circle View Doorbell, and after some set-up challenges, it seems to be working well.
Unfortunately, whereas I can view the video history of events in the Home app, my wife (who is also set as an Admin in Home) can only view the live view. Does anyone else have this problem? Any clues for how to resolve the problem?
I think I changed her to admin after the doorbell was added so possibly that created a problem, but I saw somewhere that others were reporting that only one person at a time can view video.
Thoughts?
