Smart Playlists not showing on Mobile Apps of Apple Music

I created a Smart Playlist based on two other existing playlists. While it is showing on the Apple Music Desktop App (both Mac and Windows), it isn't showing on either iPhone or Android Apple Music Apps. This is ridiculous. Why can't Apple Music work in tandem accross all devices, like Spotify does so well? Sometimes a user wants a mix of multiple playlists. If it's visible in Apple Music desktop, what's the problem with Mobile apps? This is very low standard and isn't expected from a company as big as Apple.

Please get it fixed ASAP.
