Self-Servicer FMiP support
We are a school district that does self-warranty claims. We are certified and have a GSX account. We being a Self-Servicer, WE ARE THE CUSTOMER and the REPAIR LOCATION. A large number of our systems have broken or dead screens and we can not see anything when powering them on. So we can not get into FMiP. All of our iPads are registered in Apple School Manager, and we use JAMF Pro for configurations. If I call support they just take our ipads. Using GSX is so much faster for us, I wish there was a way to get our 100+ iPads claimed easily with out having to do the long way and call in each one, so we do not have to deal with the FMiP issue. I tried using the bulk warranty claim option but I never gut the .CSV file to upload correctly. GSX Channel Support told me to contact the FMIP team for unlocks. Does anyone know how to support them?
