Since The IOS 17 Update My Videos I Send To My Email Are In .GP Format

Please tell me how to change it back to an .mp4 the new format is unusable in my work.

Nevermind I realized i've been using Imessage instead of sending an email to myself. Emailing uploads it in mp4. Sorry everyone.
