Error Occurred on Apple web player

I'm trying to play my music on my PC but I keep getting a pop up saying "An Error Occurred Something went wrong. Please refresh the page and try again." However refreshing the page does not work, nor does closing and reopping the page, or logging out and logging back in. This is happening on many PCs in my home but oddly not on the app. The only thing that seems to fix this is jut leaving it alone for a few hrs. and then come back later. Please can anyone tell me how to fix this?
