Switch Home without using location

Hello,

a friend of mine invited me to his Home. He is my neighbor (other side of the street, 15-20 meters), so switching the home automatically depending on the location is not working.

Is there any way to switch the home automatically, like connected WiFi or HomePod of Home XY around? Any Shortcuts I can create?
