Alexa can control accessories, where as Siri can't

I've had a homePod for a few months now, and HomeKit has trouble keeping connections with my accessories., and say they are unresponsive. I connected my old Alexa and linked my account to the different accessories and she works perfectly and maintaining constant connection.

I've done some trouble shooting with my HomePod, restarted all the devices / WiFi, they are all on the same 2.4Hz channel.

Is there anything I'm missing or need to do?
