Homekit device fails to respond in one home

Logitech Circle View camera was working and then stopped responding

Resetting and re-adding didn't work

Removing device from home, creating another home ("test"), resetting the device and then adding it to the new "test" home worked

Can't reverse the last steps to add back into the original home

Why?

HomeKit secure video not recording Have 3 Logitech circle 2 cameras. Converted them to HomeKit compatible with the Logitech firmware upgrade. After a few initial issues recording worked for about two months. We frequently got notifications (mostly in the afternoon) about the cameras going offline for a few minutes one at the time - seemed random. Camera 1 would stay online while camera 2 went offline. Internet connection was all fine when it happened. However: One week ago these notifications stopped and the light on all cameras changed from red to blue and now they only stream and doesn’t record. I have tried: resetting the cameras (holding the side button for 9 seconds) unplugging power removing and re-adding them to the Home app switching off/on the record options in HomeKit app logging in/out of iCloud and HomeKit on the AppleTV that serves as a hub restarting our router All devices are running latest firmware. Edit: seems like I cannot select a very suitable category for this question. In lack of better options I choose Apple TV, but moderators feel free to move it

HomeKit SecureVideo is not enabled and motion is not detected on Logitech Circle 2 Hi! I have the following setup: Logitech Circle 2 camera upgraded to Secure Video, connected to WiFi iPad 2019 with iOS 13.3 used as a home hub, connected to the same WiFi 200GB iCloud storage plan 250 Gbps downlink / 25 Gbps uplink WiFi Looks like all the conditions from this list are met and Secure Video should be recorded. However I see that no motion is detected and nothing is recorded. Is there a way to debug HomeKit? It doesn't seem to have any diagnostic information to understand what's going wrong.

HomeKit Secure Video Hi, I recently installed 2 Eufy 2K Indoor Cameras. I have them set up to use HomeKit and it has been working well with motion dection and face recognition until Monday. Suddenly they no longer appear to be notifying me or saving any video at all in HomeKit Secure Video. The cameras show up and connect in Live View just fine while using the Home app, so they appear to be working normally other than the detection and recording features. The Eufy app is properly recording the video when motion is detected, so in my estimation this is an issue having to do with the connection to HomeKit Secure Video. I have already tried restarting both cameras and I completely removed one from HomeKit and added it back. It still has the same issue. I'm not sure what else I can do besides restart the cameras and remove/re-add them to Home?
