How to fix "Waiting to Upload" status issue on Apple Music for Windows 10?

Regretfully, I deleted iTunes and switched over to the Apple Music app for windows. In a word … wretched. Certainly not ready for prime time.

That said, I have more than 2,000 songs in my library that have a "Waiting to Upload" Cloud Status. The status has not changed in weeks … since I installed Apple Music on my Windows 10 PC. I update my Cloud Library every time I log onto Apple Music.

Searching for "Waiting to upload" returns a lot of irrelevant information having NOTHING to do with the Music app for Windows.

What gives? The dopey program won't even let me create a smart playlist because Waiting to Upload is not an available parameter for the Cloud Status rule in the smart playlist dialog box. Grrr!

What gives? Anyone have any suggestions??
