Apple Music Windows folder keeps changing to OneDrive

I changed my Apple Music storage folder to a local folder, but Apple Music for Windows keeps changing it to OneDrive even though I have uninstalled OneDrive.

Music folder not recognized I recently did a clean install to upgrade to Monterey from Big Sur. I saved my home folder to an external drive. I moved my Music folder from the external drive to my new home folder in Monterey. When I open Music now none of my library songs appear, only what I have in iCloud appears. I have included screens shots of the file structure and settings. It seems that when I open up Music it deletes my music library that I moved from my external drive and creates a new one with only my iCloud songs. I have tried deleting and re-adding, deleting plists, nothing is working....Any help would be greatly appreciated! So annoying!

"Apple Music" Folder I have noticed that my recent purchases from iTunes store are downloaded to "Apple Music" folder. My file structure is "/Macintosh HD/Users/me/Music/iTunes/iTunes Music". The downloads didn't go to my normal directory: /Macintosh HD/Users/me/Music/iTunes/iTunes Music/Music. Do I need to reorganize my Music folder? I'm running Ventura 13.1 and Music 1.3.2.31.
