MAC Studio will not let me use Safari to type in comments sections of newspaper

Anytime I use Safari to type a comment in newspaper I can only type one word - no spaces - no additional words.

I have tried every fix I am capable of using and nothing works. I have removed ad blocking software, checked all preferences and looked at cookies (giving too many permissions) and nothing works.

I took computer to Applecare Best Buy and got it back, still does not work.

I am having a lot of problems with Mac Studio M2 Max and very disappointed.

What to do?

Mac Studio will let me type in comments with no problems on Chrome, but I am unable to get MAC Studio to let me click into "like" buttons. When I try to click in on a "like", the screen shifts down.

On Chrome, MAC Studio moves around the screen erratically and it is hard to read an article.

On Safari, MAC Studio will let me click in on "likes", but I cannot enter text to make a comment.

My MAC Studio will only download on items occasionally, otherwise, it just ignores my requests to download books, etc.

Applecare took in my mac studio, kept it several days, gave it back (Applecare at Best Buy) and nothing has changed.

Any thoughts?

Chrome:

if you want to be running Chrome, provided by a company whose only visible means of support is selling your personal data, you should buy a Chromebook. Chrome on Mac is an Enormous resource hog and crowds out most other things you try to run at the same time.

Downloads:

Your Mac in general and Safari in particular are designed to keep unwanted junk from being downloaded without your EXPLICIT consent. you should be seeing a dialog-box asking if you want to allow downloads from that site. if not, and you want those downloads, you can use this to provide authorization on a site-by-site basis:

Safari > Preferences > WebSites > Downloads

Facebook:

there are many restrictions about what items you can add your comments to. Often, it is only on Users who are "Friends" of groups of which you are a member.

Facebook is unique in the speed at which the interface changes in arbitrary and capricious ways. The pace of user-interface changes on Facebook is unmatched by anything else on the internet. Anything you learned yesterday about how it works will be obsolete by tomorrow. It's NOT your Mac that is doing this.
