Apple Music not playing Albums on Windows

REPOST: I have Apple Music (Ver. 1.1028.10497.0) installed on a WIndows 10 PC that is in very good shape. When I pull up an album (using the bar on the left), and then click on the play arrow, nothing happens. When I click on the … menu, and then click on "Play Album X," nothing happens.

Same situation with a playlist.

Is no one else experiencing this problem???? What gives?
