obytes local server acess to library/launchagent

I received an error when trying to run "pnpm iOS" for my obytes app. It suggests that the local server was not built successfully because it fails to open Library/LaunchAgents. I tried sudo and chmod in granting access to the folder but none worked. However should I grant access in mac? Or how can I establish a nonlocal server.
