Music app on Windows: Date conditions don't work

I've just switched from iTunes to the new Music app, and while it imported my Smart Playlists OK, the date option is not working. Is this a known bug?

For example, if I select to show only songs not played in the Last 6 months, I get (eg) 100 songs. If I change it to the Last 3 months, I still get 100 songs. If I change it again to the Last 12 months or 2 years, I still get 100 songs. No matter what timescale I set, the number of songs never changes.

If this isn't a known bug, what's the most effective way to tell Apple that this is broken?
