MDM Joining Issue with iPad

I am trying to enroll an iPad into School Management using an iPhone and Device Configurator 2. My issue is that once I have completed all the steps and enrolled the iPad the screen displays "iPad Added" and tells me the device has been added to our MDM solution (which is true, it shows in our Admin page as added and connected to the MDM server.) but the only option that is available to me after this is to click a button "Erase iPad".


I have enrolled other iPads with no issue, they just go from the "iPad added" screen to the home screen and begin pulling in the settings and apps we have setup.


What can I do to make this iPad complete the setup?
