There is no on button.

To turn it on, you need to connect the battery pack. when you twist the connector to lock it on the side of the Vision Pro, it automatically turns on, and remains on until the battery pack is disconnected.

When you take it off without disconnecting the battery pack, it goes to sleep. To wake it up, simply put it on. When it detects your eyes, it will turn on.

Top button. As it is booting up (slow) there is an Apple logo on the EyeSight display (front of the Vision Pro). Very faint.

Turn it off by holding both the Top Button and the Digital Crown a long time, until the Force Quit dialog comes up and then wait even longer and a slider to Power Off comes up. Also in Settings. Also by telling Siri "Shut down my Apple Vision Pro" or (I think) "Turn off my Apple Vision Pro." This randomly works for me, but about 50-75% of the time Siri tells me she doesn't know which App I want to quit!
