how to fix the file iTunes library cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of iTunes

Downloaded latest iTunes app onto new PC running Windows 11. Had backup of old iTunes itl from old PC which ran Windows 10. Can't access iTunes and get this error message as shown in description above.
