Music Keeps on skipping and getting error code 2146893032

I've had Problems with iTunes for a few months with music skipping and Errors with downloading music all the time so thought switching over to apple music would help sort that problem out but i'm still having the same issues constantly.

I have had to use the web browser to listen to music but would much rather use the app.

has anyone had the same issues and if so have they had it sorted?
