I just got an iMac, and the previous owner couldn’t remember the passwords. I’ve been following all the steps to reset it from the utilities menu. Each time I try to reinstall the macOS, it comes up with “the recovery server can’t be reached”. I’ve checked the date/time. What else can I try?
