apple music on PC

Running a Windows 11 PC with Apple Music recently installed. Things are a bit strange. I was listening to some songs that I purchased in iTunes Store. One of them would indicate it was playing but no sound. If I go into purchased songs under my profile I can play the same song there and it sounds fine. But in the library it seems to play but no sound. While in purchased songs I clicked on the cloud icon and didn't get any indication that I had clicked. So I clicked again. Same result. So I went back to the library. 30 minutes later two copies of that song popped into my library. Both of then play fine. But the original downloaded copy still will not play properly. That is weird.

Also, I have noticed that if I right click on a song and chose properties, and then go the options tab, and increase the volume by, let's say, 10%, it works fine. But if I return to the same options tab and reduce the adjustment amount by any amount, when I return to the library and attempt to play the song it shows as playing but there is no sound.

It would appear that Apple Music still has some bugs. Any comments? Thank you.
