Duplicates in Apple Music (Windows)

I just upgraded to Apple Music on Windows. It lists 51 tracks as duplicate, 49 of which are Matched AAC.

It won't create a placeholder on my devices, though, which means that certain albums are missing tracks, either on the original or a greatest hits album.

I used to be able to force them to upload somehow in iTunes, so it was just a minor inconvenience.

How do I get them up in the new app? It's not like it's taking up any more storage space for Apple.

I just want a complete collection when I'm away from home.

Apple Music has pretty much gutted that feature, but if display by songs or create a smart playlist, you can set Cloud Status to Duplicate.

It's like they forgot that greatest hits album even exist. For a company that brags so much about usability, it's frickin' embarrassing.
