I am trying to filter a Smart Playlist to include songs I haven't played recently. Until the release version of Apple Music for Windows was released yesterday, this was working.
Now, all of my songs show up regardless of the Last Played date, even with "Last Played not in last 3 months" set.
I know this is a bug. Where is a formal bug-reporting process, if any exists?

You can try using Feedback - Apple Music - Apple. Or Feedback - iTunes - Apple. I really think the Apple Music app is only catering to those who use the Apple Music service and don't do anything else with their library, like rip CDs, purchase music from other sources, manage a large collection, etc. Until they add scripting support there is nothing there for me.

I'd rather get Apple Music fixed, because there's no way that Apple is going to keep iTunes around to only manage podcasts...
Seriously, just switch back to iTunes. I've yet to find a positive benefit in the Apple Music app.
