Vision Pro is registering clicks I didn’t make and it’s quite annoying. Also occasionally not registering that I released a click when scrolling. I’ve tried setup multiple times and it still has this behavior. It did not do this in the first two days, so I don’t know what changed but it’s very annoying. Almost unusable.

Make sure your front plastic panel where the cameras are is clean and has no smudging. Use a micro fibre cloth that would use with glasses to minimize the possibility of scratching. Good Luck!
It's fortunately not doing this now but I've had mine get into a state where it was doing that ( and where pinching no longer worked )
I *THINK* it is associated with low light levels in the room but it is hard to say what it is but it is beyond annoying
