Wallpaper is greyed out and not changing

My iPhone 11 wallpaper is greyed out and it’s not changing it’s been same throughout the day I tired switching off the iPhone and still didn’t work and tried changing the wallpaper still didn’t work

should I update my iOS 17.1.1 to 17.3 ?

can you please help

Can't update wallpaper after iOS 16 update I updated my phone last night and this morning I tried to change my wallpaper and add a new one but when I try to save it I click add/done on the upper right corner and it won’t let me save. I click on it and nothing happens it stays on the editing page. It lets me edit it and all that but it just won’t let me save. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
