I have an iPad Air (serial number DM***K15) with a software version iOS 12.5.7.
I can’t download any update to use YouTube.
How can I rectify this problem? What are my options?

You have an older ipad that isn't compatible with the newest ios.
Your option is to buy a newer ipad.
Is there no other workaround to solve this? It was working fine this morning... until this afternoon.

Yea buy newer ipad.
Do you have a link for trading an iPad in? It’s only giving me an option to trade an iPhone in.
Or, better still, a link to Apple’s live chat or an email? Can’t find it. Can’t ring because I’m unsure what the charges will be phoning from Cyprus on a U.K. number.
