Keynote Export > mp4 movie glitching

I've configured a Keynote to autoplay videos as a part of the build order, and when I present it on my Mac it works perfectly. However, when I export it to a movie through Keynote, the videos don't play. Only the first frame can be seen as an image. All other text builds and timed transitions work properly even when exported as a movie.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Note - I'm updating a presentation I created previously and used this same video with no issues after exporting in 2020 or 2021. I downloaded the video again from the graphic creator to make sure the video file wasn't corrupt.
