Q is relate to either the macOS Ventura or Mac Studio 2022 or both. My background colors are washed out yellows!!! Make it hard to work. I have check as many setting s as I can think of but noting addresses the color of the safari bars , (tabs , background color(s)etc )

1) What brand and model is the display...?
2) How is the display connected to the Mac Studio...?
3) Is this a problem with all Application windows or just Safari...?
The first place to start is with the display contrast.
Go to Apple > System Settings > Accessibility > Display
Turn off Increase contrast: and Reduce Transparency switches.
Then make sure that the Display contrast slider is set all the way to Normal.
