Apple diagnostics doesn't show up any problems and CleanMy Mac says all good except that it hangs when freeing up RAM.

The Apple diagnostics only checks the basic hardware. CleanMyMac is considered junk-ware by most upper level ASC helpers.

Etracheck test reveals possible hardware issues. Kernel panics - This system has experienced kernel panics. This could be a sign of hardware failure.

If it is panicking or crashing when returning from Computer Sleep Mode...?

Turn on "Prevent automatic sleeping when display is off" and only allowing the display to turn off during the day.

Then shut down over night and for long periods of none use.
