I'm using my Apple Desktop OS 10.14.6
I used the Alt Shift 3 to make a screen shot, it works and I can see it in "recent" folder. But I can't seem to save it in iPhotos, or Keynote.
Can anyone recommend a way to save the screen shot in iPhotos to edited it, crop it and make jpg slides in Keynote.

I tried that, it didn't work. Maybe it's a Software upgrade issue.
