Identify can’t be verified on notes on Mac

I keep getting “the identity of “imap.gmail.com” can’t be verified on notes and I’ve tired deleting the certificate but never worked and I can’t connect to the server and can’t even use my Mac or connect to the internet I want to know how to fix it and I’m not too smart on computers it’s my first year with a Mac
