HPLaserJet P2035 software printer problem

When using a a financial app, I have a problem printing with my HPLaserJet P2035 printer. I wanted to print a very large file (maybe 30 pages). To preview it, I hit custom and only printed the first 3 pages. Next I wanted to print the whole file and selected ALL. Now, it would only let me print 3 pages like before. When I selected ALL, I got the message "out of bounds page reference." I am now stuck at printed only the first 3 pages of the file. Can anyone help me? HP can't help-- printer discontinued, can't find my serial number, etc.
