iPhone 14 won't stay connected to WiFi
I've tried resetting the wifi on the IPhone 14, updated to the latest IOS and there is no vpn active. There are also other IPhone's and and IPad in the house and only the IPhone 14 loses wifi.

Private IP Address can sometimes create issues on an iOS device.
Tap Settings > Wi-Fi
Tap on the blue "i" next to the name of the wireless network
Move the slider for Private IP Address to Off
Power off your Wi-Fi router
Shut down the iPhone
Power up the Wi-Fi router
Power up the iPhone again
