Can no longer insert ANY video file into keynote.... alll of the sudden.

There is no rhyme or reason for this. I'm a VETRAN user of Keynote... something is not right here.

added video to keynote - it plays half and squashed in presentation hello i created a presentation that contains some videos that were recorded on mobile phones. they are mp4 videos. in editing mode (i.e. when creating the presentation), the videos work fine. however, when presenting, the video is squashed into half of the space, which is now black. i have no idea why this is happening or what to do. i tried this on two computers with the same outcome. thanks

My videos always export with black thumbnails, I can't find a way to fix this? Please help! I am trying to export a video but no matter what I do, the thumbnail is always black. I can't find any help on this online. I need the actual file to have an image on it as I am inserting the file into a keynote document. Thank you!
