Blue "Edit Rules" Link disappeared from Smart Playlists in 14.2

I've just updated to 14.2 and noticed that the blue "Edit Rules" has disappeared from top section of smart playlists. They can still be edited by right clicking, but this is a backward step in terms of useability and it's not a top menu item so it'll be a pain to add a keyboard shortcut. I've tried rebooting but it hasn't helped. Anyone else noticed this or is it just me?
